Because of the remote location we work from, all orders require a 50% down payment to book your meal plan reservation. This allows us to find and order all the necessary product, so we are adequately prepared for your needs. If you wish to only pay the down payment while booking online, choose the pay by check/cash in person payment option. When we receive your order email, we will contact you to retrieve a 50% down payment via check or card over the phone. The remaining of your balance can be paid upon the arrival for your package start date, or again via check or card over the phone any time prior to your package start date.
Meal Plan Changes and Cancellation Policy
If changes to your meal plan are requested no later than 60 days prior to your package start date, then the adjustments can be made with no additional fees . Meal plan change requests must be made in writing 60 days prior to the package start date, by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of the need to cancel your meal plan for any reason prior to 60 days before your package start date, a refund of your deposit less the processing fees can be arranged. As we purchase and prepare your food to make your stay in a remote location easier, it takes good logistical planning and smart food purchasing on our behalf, and any cancellation or order change requests made after the 60 days prior to your Package Start Date render you ineligible to receive a refund of your down payment. This is not flexible due to the large amount of custom food cost and time involved to prepare for your decadent experience in Thompson Pass, Alaska. Once you have checked in and your package has begun, there can be no refunds of any amount on your meal package for any reason. So, if you choose to eat elsewhere during your meal package, you will still be responsible for full payment of your meal package and will not receive a credit for the delicious food you missed. ****We cannot guarantee accommodation with any order change requests made after the 60 days prior to your Package Start Date. Additionally, we cannot accommodate any cancellations or order change requests after your meals have been prepared. Due to our remote location and many devices, Text messages, voice mails, etc. will not be considered written forms of contact. You must email your request to email@example.com including your name, phone number and your Package Start Date. If you do not receive an email back in a timely fashion, please call 907-831-1097, to verify we received your written request of changes or cancellation. Thank you for understanding.***
